By accessing or using LvlPulse ("the Service", "we", "us", "our") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and others who access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make purchases. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may only use the Service with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. Use of the Service by persons under 13 is prohibited.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to share your login credentials, allow others to access your account, or transfer your account to any other person. You must notify us immediately at contacto@nillapp.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, are used for fraudulent activity, or violate these Terms.

LvlPulse sells digital activation keys for games and software ("Digital Products"). All Digital Products are licensed, not sold, and subject to the end-user licence agreement (EULA) of the respective game publisher or platform holder.

Activation keys are single-use codes. Once a key has been revealed or redeemed, it cannot be re-issued, exchanged or refunded except as described in our Refund Policy.

We do not guarantee that any specific key will work with a particular account or geographic region outside the stated scope of the product listing. It is your responsibility to ensure a product is compatible with your region and system before purchasing.

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice. The price in effect at the time of purchase will be charged.

If you are located in a European Union member state, Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate (currently 21%) will be added to your order total. All payments are processed securely by PayPal. By completing a purchase you authorise us to charge the displayed amount.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where we believe payment fraud is suspected or where system pricing errors have occurred.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute or transfer any activation key obtained from LvlPulse without our express written consent.
• Use automated tools, bots or scripts to mass-purchase keys.
• Initiate fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider after receiving valid keys.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers or circumvent bans.
• Abuse, harass or threaten our support staff.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending orders and, where applicable, legal action.

All content on LvlPulse — including text, graphics, logos, icons and software — is the property of LvlPulse or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

Game titles, artwork and trademarks displayed on the site remain the property of their respective owners. LvlPulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher unless explicitly stated.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LvlPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

In all cases, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the site or sending an email to the address on your account. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the member state in which LvlPulse is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
