Refund Policy

Because we sell digital activation keys, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Not refundable

Key already revealed or activated.

Invalid or non-working keys are always covered.

1. Digital Goods Policy

All products sold by LvlPulse are digital activation keys. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. However, this right expires immediately once you reveal or attempt to activate the key, as the digital content is considered fully delivered and consumed at that point.

By revealing your key in your order history, you explicitly acknowledge that the digital content has been delivered and waive any further right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

A refund may be issued if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You have not revealed or attempted to activate the key.
  • Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
  • You provide a valid reason for the refund request (e.g., accidental duplicate purchase).

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5–10 business days once approved.

3. Invalid or Non-Working Keys

If you receive a key that is genuinely invalid, already used by a third party, or does not work on the stated platform and region, you are entitled to a free replacement key or a full refund, regardless of whether you have attempted to redeem it.

To make a claim for an invalid key, contact us within 30 days of purchase and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • The key you received (so we can verify its status).
  • A screenshot of the error message from the platform.

We will investigate and respond within 2 business days. Do not share invalid keys publicly, as this may delay the verification process.

4. When Refunds Are Not Granted

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The activation key has been revealed in your account.
  • The key has been successfully activated on a gaming platform.
  • More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase (except for invalid key claims within 30 days).
  • You changed your mind after activation.
  • The game was not what you expected based on the product description (keys are the correct product as listed).
  • Region restrictions — if the key does not work in your country and the region restriction was clearly stated on the product page.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a valid, working activation key constitutes fraud. We reserve the right to permanently suspend accounts involved in fraudulent chargeback abuse, share evidence with PayPal and, where appropriate, pursue legal remedies. If you have a legitimate concern, please contact our support team first — we are committed to resolving issues fairly.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report an issue:

  1. Log in to your account and locate the order in My Orders.
  2. Note your order number.
  3. Contact us via the Contact page or at contacto@nillapp.com.
  4. Include your order number, the reason for the refund and any supporting evidence (screenshots).

We aim to acknowledge your request within 24 hours and resolve it within 3 business days.
